Green & Black's Hamper

Green & Black's are sending me a hamper! I was over the moon to open that letter today.

Regarding training: Jane and I went for a 2-hour walk yesterday. It was lovely, the sun was shining! We had 3 Golden Retrievers with us and there were moments when I think the dogs were taking US for a walk! I know a 2 hour walk is not the same as 6-7 hours a day for 6 days but it's something. I also cut the grass and then went dancing so I'm keeping quite active.

I put the stepping meter on before I went for the walk and by the time I came home from dancing I'd clocked up over 27,300 steps.
