I've been looking at my training schedule, and it's a bit scarey to say the least!
Apart from the gym sessions, my My weekend walking schedule is:
Sunday 22nd Feb - 3 hours
Sunday 1st March - 4 hours
Sunday 8th March - 4 hours
Saturday 14th March - 4 hours
Sunday 15th March - 4 hours (I need to go out early cos I have a family get together pm)
Saturday 21st or Sundy 22nd March - 6 hours
Sunday 29th March - 6 hours
Saturday 4th AND Sunday 5th April - 6 hours (weekend away? Lake District?)
Saturday OR Sunday 12th/13th April - 8 hours
Saturday OR Sunday 18th/19th April - 8 hours
Saturday AND Sunday 25th/26th April - 8 hours (weekend away? Lake District?)
