In the words of Frankie Beverly, I'm Back in Stride Again !!

OK, not quite back on track yet but definitely back in stride!

Carolyn has done some amazing work on my hamstrings and has given me strict instructions on moving forward.

So it's 'warm up (jogging on the spot), stretch (properly!), walk, stretch (properly) and ice (i've got a spray so I don't have to sit for ages with an ice pack on, it's great)!

I did a 2 hour walk at the weekend instead of my scheduled 4 hours (I don't want to push my luck) and all was fine.

I've been to the gym today and Kelly kept me company as I did an hour's workout on treadmill and cross-trainer. Followed by a bloody good STREEEEEEETCH !!!

I feel positive and my spirits are high.
