£10k WITHOUT giftaid !!!!!

It's £10,000 PLUS whatever gift aid they get. The justgiving site shows £1,350 giftaid and I reckon the HDA will get a fair chunk of that. I'll try to find out from them exactly how much they have received.

This Friday (Easter Bank Holiday) I went over to Hertfordshire and walked with my friends Jenn and Malc. I met Jenn through the HDA years and years ago (more than I'd like to admit!) but we have become such good friends over the years that we almost forget how we know each other sometimes!
We walked for 5 and a half hours and had lunch in Standon - the day before they found the latest 'body part' in Standon. Glad it wasn't us who found it!
Apart from getting a blister, and it pouring with rain all the way back from the pub, it was a really good day!
I tried out my new camera too, and I'm really pleased with it. It's an Olympus SP-55OUZ Digital Camera with 18x Optical Zoom: I got it under half price on e-bay!
I should get some great pictures with it!
