Despite the couple of glasses of wine I consumed last night, I still managed to get up and go jogging. I did the mile around the track and then walked for 5 minutes, then managed to jog for a further 5 minutes. I'm determined to up it bit by bit.
A few days ago I walked to the high street, bought 2 packs of printer paper and walked back with them in my rucksack! They were heavy, it was hot, and the hill from the high street up passed the station seemed steeper than usual! More of that to come, I just need the time free in my day. Luckily I had an excuse to stop half way to say hello to the taxi driver and the guy in the trophy shop (both of whom I know - I'm not making random friends along the way!).
A friend of mine offered his chocolate fountain for my party night when I hold it, which is great news!
